A traditional sun-dried delicacy from the heart of Madhya Pradesh, our urad badis are made using soaked and stone-ground urad dal, lightly spiced and shaped by hand. Slowly sun-dried to preserve their natural flavor, they carry a deep, earthy taste and a satisfying bite.
When cooked, they soak up spices beautifully—adding richness and depth to simple dals, sabzis, or gravies.

Ash gourd, Urad Daal, Chhana Daal, Jeera, Mustard Seeds, Corriander Seeds, Kashmir Chilli, Garlic,ginger, ilaichi, cinnamon, stone flower, bay leaf, pink Salt
How to use: Pan Sear and add directly to daal post tadka. Can be added to any curry of your choice. It goes well with gravy based dishes so that the Badi soaks up the flavors
Lasts for 2-3 months outside in an airtight container
